Anabella Ruiz is a Project Coordinator at OEMLAC. She has more than ten years of experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of internationally funded projects in the fields of energy, sustainable development, and technical cooperation.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Specialist Degree in Local Development from the National University of General Sarmiento (UNGS). She also holds postgraduate diplomas in Smart Cities and Sustainable Development (ITBA) and Integrated Climate Change Management (UNQ).
