Daniel Maia Vieira holds a postgraduate degree in External Control of Regulation from the Serzedello Corrêa Institute of the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília, and a bachelor's degree in Law from the IESB University Center. Professionally, he worked at the Comptroller General of the Union between 2006 and 2008. Since 2008, he has been a Federal Auditor of External Control at the TCU. Since April 2022, he has held the position of Director of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels – ANP.
