Raffaela is a professional with over 18 years of experience in the energy sector. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in local content in mega-projects for exploration and production in the pre-salt layer and in upstream logistics – the latter encompassing international partnerships, fleet sizing, planning of offshore air transport operations, and decarbonization of operations.
She holds an Executive MBA from COPPEAD, a Master's degree in Production Engineering from UFF, and a Postgraduate degree in Oil and Gas Business Management from IBP. She has been with Petrobras for 16 years and currently works in the Energy Transition Directorate as the Sector Manager of the Carbon Neutral Program, Decarbonization Fund and Technology, being responsible for integrating the various decarbonization solutions for the Company's operations, focusing on cost-effective opportunities that contribute to meeting the commitments and ambitions associated with the company's just energy transition trajectory.
