Isabelle Bela is a Sales Manager at Baker Hughes, focusing on climate technology solutions for the energy sector in Latin America. With over 10 years of experience in the Energy and Oil & Gas segments, Isabelle began her career at Baker Hughes in 2016 as an intern, accelerating her career through the global ASPIRE Sales & Commercial leadership program. During the program, she rotated through Sales, Operations, and Commercial Excellence areas with a focus on risk mitigation, working in Brazil, the United Kingdom, and the United States. More recently, she led new market development in Brazil and operations for new offshore equipment services aimed at international and independent clients. Isabelle holds a degree in Production Engineering from PUC-Rio, a specialization in Administration from WHU (Germany), an MBA in Business Management from USP/Esalq, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability and Energy Transition at RGU (Scotland).
