
Josiani Napolitano is the president of ABiogás and has over 30 years of experience in the Brazilian energy sector. Throughout her career, she has built solid expertise in regulation, energy planning, and institutional relations, working in the management, trading, and distribution of energy.
Before assuming the presidency of ABiogás, she worked in national and multinational companies and, more recently, was responsible for the Institutional Relations Directorate of APINE for over eight years, actively participating in two important regulatory and strategic debates in the Brazilian electricity sector.
Her purpose is marked by building institutional dialogue, articulating between public and private agents, and developing solutions focused on energy transition, operational security, regulatory predictability, and the sustainability of the Brazilian energy system.
